- Timeframe: You may cancel your order within half an hour (30 minutes) of placing it.

Once the 30-minute window has passed, your order will be processed, and we will be unable to accept cancellations.
Refund Policy
We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a 100% refund under the following strict conditions:
- Video Documentation is Mandatory: To be eligible for a refund on a damaged product, you must record a continuous, unedited video that clearly shows the entire process of:
- Receiving the package from the delivery person.
- Opening the package immediately after receiving it.
- Unboxing the product and clearly displaying the damage to the camera.
- Clarity is Key: The video must be clear, well-lit, and show the product and the damage without any breaks or cuts.
- Notification Period: You must notify us of the damaged product and provide the video evidence within 4 hours of receiving your order. Please send the video along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to [email protected]
Upon reviewing your video and verifying the damage, we will process your 100% refund.
Please Note:
- We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons other than receiving a damaged product with the required video evidence.
- If the video documentation requirements are not met, we will not be able to process a refund.
